Our Guarantee:
We guarantee every Harness Play Pack we produce. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within thirty days of your ship date and we'll either replace, or refund your purchase. (Less the shipping and handling costs and a $15.00 restocking fee).

Form of Payment:
Pets At Play™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping Policy:
We currently ship products using US Mail within the continental United States. Pets At Play™ does not ship to P.O. or A.P.O. box addresses. Express service is available at additional rates. Sales Tax of 5% will be added to all orders sold within the state of Massachusetts. Shipping and handling charges are based on the volume purchased and will be added to your order.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We will be glad to make an exchange, or credit your credit card, or credit your account for any items you are not completely happy with. If you'd like to return an item please call (800) 972-5684 before you begin shipping the product. The item MUST be returned to Pets At Play™ within 30 days of the shipping date, in unworn and perfect condition (including original packaging). Ship prepaid with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We promptly credit your credit card or account upon receipt of the returned items. A restocking fee of $15.00 will be added to your account.

Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Your email address is stored in our database. We may use it to update you on special offers or new products. You can remove your name from our customer list at anytime. All information is held in strict confidence. We will not share any of it with an external third party. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. This secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
