Our Guarantee We guarantee every Harness Play Pack we produce. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within thirty days of your ship date and we'll either replace, or refund your purchase. (Less the shipping and handling costs and a $25.00 restocking fee). Form of Payment Pets At Play® accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Shipping Policy We currently ship products using US Mail within the continental United States. Pets At Play® does not ship to P.O. or A.P.O. box addresses. Express service is available at additional rates. Our minimum order is $100.00 for all of our wholesale customers. Sales Tax of 5% will be added to all orders sold within the state of Massachusetts. Return/Exchange Policy We will be glad to make an exchange, or credit your credit card, or credit your account for any items you are not completely happy with. If you'd like to return an item please call 1-866-PLAY-PACK before you begin shipping the product. The item MUST be returned to Pets At Play® within 30 days of the shipping date, in unworn and perfect condition (including original packaging). Ship prepaid with the package securely wrapped. Returns that are received after 30 days are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We promptly credit your credit card or account upon receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy.
